Know this fact: The rest of these things are essential (not so much the software program, but the others). You have to be diligent and smart about business and creative if you wish to get ahead. However, none of those things count if you are not able to clearly communicate all of them to the people you want to buy from you.

Good communication involves more than merely having a well-written sales page. You can hire a highly proficient copywriter to do that for you. Good communication is more than having a gorgeous site with a really long FAQ section. A skilled designer and writer can handle those things. Good communication requires being good with interpersonal communication and in direct copy as well. So, what exactly should you do to accomplish that that?

1. Reply to every email you get within 24 hours of it hitting your inbox. This is no joke. You don't need to write a long reply for each mail. You can just let the other person know that you've received and read his email and will be getting back to him soon. Try to include a a portion of the email the sender has written when you do this.
